Exchange & Store Credit Policy – Pfiora
If for some reason you are unsure of your choice and would like to exchange your perfume, follow these simple steps for style exchange, size variation (where applicable), or to avail store credit.
STEP 1 – NOTIFY US
Write to us at connect@pfiora.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered, mentioning the exchange request (size/style) or store credit option.
STEP 2 – SHIP THE PRODUCTS
Courier the package in its original box packaging to:
Krol Bagh, Delhi
The cost and logistics for shipping the product back to us will be borne by you.
STEP 3 – Choose Your Option
a) EXCHANGE SIZE (if applicable)
- Once we receive the product in its original packaging with the invoice, we will ship your requested size.
- Please mention the required size clearly on the invoice.
- Orders can only be exchanged once.
b) EXCHANGE STYLE
- Once we receive the original product and invoice, you may choose another style of equal or higher value.
- Please note: Style exchange is allowed only once.
- Allow us 3 working days to ship your new choice once we receive your package.
c) STORE CREDIT
Store credit cannot be used for size/style exchanges once availed.
If you prefer, you can avail store credit valid for 3 months.
We will email you a voucher code, which can be redeemed on your next order at connect@pfiora.com.
